The rendering is very well done and most of the proportions are too. However, it's the posing in the arms and hands that throws everything off.

If you tried to hold something solid like that gun behind your shoulders, it wouldn't be possible, let alone comfortable. A person's body just doesn't unhinge like that.

If you were to bring the gun behind his neck though and adjust the arms according to that change, I think this could have looked much better. The hands also look very uncomfortable at the angle they're in.

Yeah, I've mentioned that before, after completing the image I tried the pose myself and realized it was impossible. I also know the hand anatomy is very sloppy. But hey, live and learn! I won't be making those mistakes again.

Thanks for the comment.

Yeeeh

Let Satan guide you to success.

Oney responds:

he's more into raping but ok

Very nice!

I like the detail and how large you made her eyes. I also like the contrast between the coloured background and the character. I wish you could've put detail into the background though. I know 'Jaune' means yellow and I'm not saying add different colours or make it B&W, but I think something like a cityscape or something would look really cool done in different shades of yellow.

kinase responds:

oooh that's an awesome idea. *_*

Sick

I like the arrow going through his shoulder. At first glance in the smaller window, I thought it was just skin but upon closer examination I saw the fur you drew in there. The wrist and hand look kind of awkward, but overall it's very well done. good job :)

JoshSummana responds:

Haha yeh I thought he would seem a little more badass with an arrow through his shoulder as he does his victory pose :P haha. And yeh my bad on that - wrists and hands are totally not my strong point :S

It's neat

I like the background and the style of drawing :) How long did it take you for this?

lenkalamari responds:

thanks. took a couple hours i think

The beetle stands out in a good way.

From the look of the thumbnail I thought the image was going to be of some sort of squid, but i was happily surprised. I like the detail in the giant beetle-like monster, though the man looks like he's blending a bit too much into the ground. You could've also maybe put an entire tree line in there, but even without it it looks good. Good colours in the beetle too.

Savory responds:

I was going off of Shadow of the Colossus concept art, so most of it's deliberate. I do think I could've broken up that white space with something on second thought.

I'm blue too sometimes

I like the simplicity, how there's detail in the character, but basic colours in the background. I like your way of showing indecision with the text too.

PuddingMonster responds:

thanks :)

Damn good

Looked like a B&W photograph when I first saw the thumbnail. Everything looks awesomely realistic.

Tombstoned666 responds:

Thank you! :)

Amazing job man

Mohzart responds:

thanks buddeh ;)

That is ducking amazing

Pardon my swearing, but that is a beautiful piece of art. Any reference photos used?

Mohzart responds:

I really didn't have a specific reference material for this...I had inmind a hairy creepy looking monster with thin legs and a big upper body and this guy was the favourite so I sketched him out further :)
